If you have hesitations because of "time" or money trust me, this is worth it. I have been taking Yoga classes off and on for a few years and Jenny has made it easy for me, a mother of a 6, 4 and 2 year old to push myself to relax one evening a week and I would love to not show up for class or find a way out each week but knowing the she is coming to me and i will feel better both mentally and physically after our practice together keeps me going. Money should not be an issue at a time when everyone is fighting such terrible flus and viruses to practice yoga because you will find yourself stronger and looking for healthy lifestyle changes that will keep those nasty bugs away. I have known Jenny for over twenty years, since we were in Junior High together and I thought practicing Yoga together would be awkward and we'd giggle and we do...but she is so professional and wonderful at what she does you will find yourself breathing away the day and life stress and just focusing on you and your body.
